Manchester Utd will welcome the Cherries to the Theatre of Dreams with high spirits following their EFL Cup win and Liverpool’s defeat to League Champions Leicester, which helps Utd close in on top 4 and a place in Europe next season.

The ‘Special One’ records his 1st major trophy with Utd and was magnanimous in his post-match interview, crediting Soton with praise and stating that they deserved to at least go to extra time. Zlatan was the EFL Cup Final hero with a late winner and he’s also recorded 15 league goals and 4 league assists, proving that age ain’t nothing but a number.

These two sides have met on 11 occasions with Man Utd claim 7 victories, the first time being in January 1949 when Utd hammered them 6 – 0.  They’ve drawn twice and Bournemouth have to wins to their name against Utd.

The last time they met was at the beginning of the season back in August when Man Utd left Dean Court with a 3 – 1 win courtesy of goals from Mata, Rooney and Ibrahimovich, respectively.

Overall Man Utd are in great form and although they’re currently 6th one point behind Liverpool in the Premier League table, they’ve only lost 3 Premier League games this season and haven’t been beaten at Old Trafford in 21 games across all competitions.

Unfortunately Eddie Howe can’t boast about about his side’s form in the same manner; Bournemouth’s last win was a 3 – 0 away victory to Swansea on New Year’s eve and since then they’re only managed to scrape 2 points from 7 league games.

The bookies are pretty much dead on here pricing up Man Utd @1/4 across the board, the draw is best price of @11/2 with Bet Victor and you can get as big as @14/1 with Bet Fred for a Bournemouth win.

Both Teams to Score is odds against @4/6 with most firms and Zlatan to score anytime is @8/13 best price. But I feel a good shout is Total Goals Over 3.5 @6/4 or currently @8/5 with Bet Fair.
