These two giants have met on a staggering 175 occasions. Chelsea have won 51 times, they have drawn 49 times and Man Utd have won 75 times. Despite Utd having the better overall record Chelsea have certainly been clawing that back over recent years and they are actually unbeaten against the red devils in their last 11 games winning 6 and drawing 5.
Last time out they managed to thump Utd at Stamford Bridge 4-0, first half goals from Pedro and Gary Cahill were followed up in the second half by Eden Hazard and midfield dynamo Kante.
Chelsea have won this trophy 7 times in the past, the last time they won it was back in 2012 when they managed to overcome a strong Liverpool side to run out 2-1 winners.
Man Utd are the current reigning champions having won this title last year. They managed to beat Crystal Palace 2-1 AET having finished 1-1 after 90 minutes.
Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 6 games winning 4 and drawing 2, they are on a 3 game winning streak including last time away from home when they beat West Ham 2-1 at the London stadium.
Man Utd are also unbeaten in their last 6 also winning 4 and drawing 2. They have drawn their last 2 including last time out when they drew 1-1 away at Russian side Rostov.
Chelsea manager Conte is expected to have a fully fit squad to choose from for this one. John Terry has played in the 3 previous FA Cup ties and may be pushing for a place again here.
Man Utd are without their star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic who starts his 3 match domestic ban, Bastien Schweinsteiger is also a doubt for the Red Devils.
Chelsea are favourites for this one and they can be backed @ 10/11 with a few firms including Bet365, the draw is @ 13/5 with a few firms including Bet365 and Man utd are @ 15/4 with a couple of firms including Corals.
With Man Utd recently traveling back from Russia and having little time to prepare for this one so my money will be on Chelsea here and I think the 10/11 is a very good price.
